Abstract

本发明公开了一种油品氧化安定性测试方法,该方法为下述步骤:(1)取被测油样置于可恒温恒压的容器中,加入金属离子、有机酸和过氧化氢,然后将油样升温至50~100℃;(2)在被测油品的温度达到设定温度后,按照设定时间序列从油品容器中依次提取样品;(3)测定样品的1650cm-1~1820cm-1的红外吸收光谱;(4)使用计算公式计算油样羰基吸收峰的变化值。本方法测定时间短,同时便于在测试过程中多次取样,以得到油品性能的变化趋势。
The invention discloses an oil product oxidation stability testing method, which comprises the following steps: 1)taking an oil sample to be detected and placing in a container with constant temperature and constant voltage, adding metal ions, organic acidity and hydrogen peroxide, then heating the oil sample to 50-100 DEG C; 2) after the temperature of the oil product to be detected reaches a setting temperature, extracting the sample from the oil product container according to a set time sequence; 3)detecting the infrared absorption spectrum of the sample at 1650cm<-1>-1820cm<-1>; and 4) using a calculating formula to calculate the change value of the carbonyl absorption peak of the oil sample. According to the invention, the determination time is short, multiple sampling can be conveniently carried out during a testing process to obtain the change trend of the oil product performance.
