Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-explosion converter control panel circuit for a coal mine. The anti-explosion converter control panel circuit for the coal mine comprises a 485 communication module, a two-way analog quantity input modules, an eight-way outer terminal control modules, a three-way current detecting modules, a voltage detecting module, eight fault detecting modules, a smart display screen, an eight-way temperature detecting modules, a two-way analog quantity output modules, a pulse-width modulation (PWM) wave output module and a central processing unit (CPU) control chip which is connected with a converter circuit in an electric mode. The anti-explosion converter control panel circuit for the coal mine further comprises a controller area network (CAN) power balance bus module, wherein the CAN power balance bus module is connected with the CPU control chip in an electric mode, multiple groups of driven converters are in parallel connection with the CAN power balance bus module, the multiple groups of converters are connected with a driving converter through a CAN bus. The eight-way outer terminal control module can achieve a speed is given and control of the long-distance operation. Synchronous operation of multiple machines in parallel connection is achieved. The PWM wave output module can drive a power unit. Display is smart. By the adoption of a mode that the CAN power balance bus module is in parallel connection with the multiple groups of driven converters, the synchronous control of the multiple groups is achieved.
本发明公开了一种煤矿用防爆变频器控制板电路,包括485通讯模块、2路模拟量输入模块、8路外部端子控制模块、3路电流检测模块、电压检测模块、8路故障检测模块、智能显示屏、8路温度检测模块、2路模拟量输出模块、PWM波输出模块及与变频器电路电连接的CPU控制芯片,还包括CAN功率平衡总线模块,CAN功率平衡总线模块与CPU控制芯片电连接,在CAN功率平衡总线模块上连接有多组并联的从动变频器,多组从动变频器通过CAN总线与主动变频器相连。8路外部端子控制:可实现速度给定与远程运行控制;实现多机并联同步运行;PWM波输出:驱动功率单元;智能显示:采用CAN功率平衡总线模块与多组从动变频器并联的方式,实现了多组同步控制。
