Abstract

NbTi/Cu超导扁带轧制方法,选用多个不同轧辊直径的四重轧机安装到轧制设备上,将绝缘NbTi/Cu超导圆线连续穿过多个四重轧机后连接在收线机上,调节各道次轧辊压下量,启动设备进行轧制。采用本发明轧制的NbTi/Cu超导扁带尺寸精度高,圆弧角大小均匀、圆弧角半径小,利于后续使用。本发明轧制方法工艺简单,便于实现。
The invention relates to an NbTi/Cu superconducting flat belt milling method. According to the method, a plurality of quadruple milling machines with different milling roller diameters are selected to be arranged onto milling equipment, an insulating NbTi/Cu superconducting round wire continuously passes through the quadruple milling machines to be connected onto a wire collecting machine, the rolling reduction of each gate of milling roller is regulated, and the equipment is started for milling. An NbTi/Cu superconducting flat belt milled by adopting the method provided by the invention has the advantages that the precision is high, the circular arc angle size is uniform, the circular arc angle radius is small, and the subsequent utilization is favorably realized. The milling method has the advantages that the process is simple, and the realization is convenient.
