Abstract

本发明涉及一种圆柱齿轮差速器,该圆柱齿轮差速器具有:行星件支架,其用于绕旋转轴线旋转;第一齿圈,其与旋转轴线同轴线地布置并且形成第一齿圈内咬合部;第二齿圈,其同样与旋转轴线同轴线地布置并且形成第二齿圈内咬合部;第一旋转行星件组,其与第一齿圈的第一齿圈内咬合部啮合;第二旋转行星件组,其与第二齿圈的第二齿圈内咬合部啮合,其中,第一和第二旋转行星件能彼此以相反方向转动地联接,并且第一齿圈和第二齿圈在咬合部几何形状方面相互协调,使第一齿圈的齿圈内咬合部的齿顶圆大于在第二行星件到第二齿圈之间的轴线间距的二倍与第二行星件的齿顶圆直径的和。
The present invention relates to a cylindrical gear differential mechanism, comprising: a planetary element support used for rotating about a rotating axis; a first gear ring coaxial with the rotating axis and provided with a first gear ring internal meshing part; a second gear ring coaxial with the rotating axis and provided with a second gear ring internal meshing part; a first rotating planetary element assembly meshed with the first gear ring internal meshing part of the first gear ring; and a second rotating planetary element assembly meshed with the second gear ring internal meshing part of the second gear ring, wherein the first and second rotating planetary elements are connected by rotating in opposite direction, the first gear ring and the second gear ring cooperate with each other at meshing parts in the aspect of geometrical shape, so that addendum circle of the gear ring internal meshing part of the first gear ring is greater than a sum of doubleness of an axial distance from the second planetary element to the second gear ring and the addendum circle diameter of the second planetary element.
