Abstract

The invention discloses a pulse fracturing device, which comprises a charging and discharging control module, a pulse current modulation module and a discharging electrode, wherein the charging and discharging control module is used for generating and sending first threshold value direct current voltage, the pulse current modulation module is coupled with the charging and discharging control module and modulates the pulse discharging current generated by the first threshold value direct current voltage, and the discharging electrode is coupled with the pulse current modulation module and is used for converting electric energy of the modulated pulse discharging current into mechanical energy. The invention provides the pulse fracturing device which only consumes the electric energy. Through modulating the generated high-voltage discharging current and converting the electric energy of the discharging current into the mechanical energy, the pulse fracturing device can be used for carrying out high-energy electric arc fracturing physical simulation tests, and the capability for manufacturing cracks in stratum rock (volcanics, sandstone, carbonate rocks and the like) with different rock characters is evaluated, so the basic parameters are provided for the application of the technology to oil and gas production increase sites. In addition, the pulse fracturing device does not need to consume water and various chemical additives, and has the characteristics of low damage, low energy consumption and the like.
本发明公开了一种脉冲压裂装置,包括:充放电控制模块,其用于产生并发送第一阈值直流电压;脉冲电流调制模块,其耦接所述充放电控制模块,其对所述第一阈值直流电压产生的脉冲放电电流进行调制;放电电极,其耦接所述脉冲电流调制模块,用于将调制后的脉冲放电电流的电能转换成机械能。本发明提出一种仅消耗电能的脉冲压裂装置,通过对产生的高电压的放电电流进行调制,并将放电电流的电能转换成机械能,使得该装置能够进行高能电弧压裂物理模拟试验,评估在不同岩性的地层岩石(火山岩、砂岩、碳酸盐岩等)中造出裂缝的能力,从而为该技术在油气增产现场应用中提供基础参数。而且,本装置不需消耗水和各类化学添加剂,具有低伤害、低能耗等特点。
