Abstract

本发明涉及一种连续炭黑生产系统,包括胶粒裂解输送单元和炭黑精制加工单元;所述炭黑精制加工单元包括依次设置的磁选机、微米粉碎机、风送风机、风送袋滤器、造粒机以及干燥机;所述胶粒裂解输送单元包括料仓、物料推送机构、裂解炉以及出料机构;所述料仓包括锥形落料箱,所述物料推送机构包括圆柱送料筒、锥形挤压筒及送料活塞,所述送料活塞的外端设有活塞驱动机构;所述炭黑出料筒与炭黑精制单元的磁选机连接,并且所述炭黑出料筒开口朝上。本发明的有益效果是:炭黑在裂解炉排出后,不再落地收集,完全采密封负压方式输送处理,可缩短了生产时间,减少能耗,避免二次污染,全过程密封处理,可连续性生产。
The invention relates to a continuous carbon black production system. The continuous carbon black production system comprises a colloidal particle cracking and conveying unit and a carbon black refining and processing unit, wherein the carbon black refining and processing unit comprises a magnetic separator, a micro pulverizer, a pneumatic-conveying fan, a pneumatic-conveying bag filter, a pelletizer and a dryer which are arranged in sequence; the colloidal particle cracking and conveying unit comprises a stock bin, a material pushing mechanism, a cracking furnace and a discharge mechanism; the stock bin comprises a tapered charging box; the material pushing mechanism comprises a cylindrical feeding barrel, a tapered extruding barrel and a feeding piston, wherein a piston drive mechanism is arranged at the outer end of the feeding piston; a carbon black discharging barrel is connected with the magnetic separator of a carbon black refining unit, and the opening of the carbon black discharging barrel faces upwards. The continuous carbon black production system has the beneficial effect that after being discharged out of the cracking furnace, the carbon black does not fall to the ground for being collected, a negative-pressure sealing mode is completely adopted for carrying out conveying treatment, the production time can be shortened, the energy consumption can be reduced, the secondary pollution can be avoided, the sealing treatment is adopted during the whole process, and the production can be continuously carried out.
