一种荷叶茶及其制备方法

Abstract

一种荷叶茶,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:鲜嫩的茶原料:荷叶35~38、决明子20~22、荷花16~18、蒲公英12~16、红枣20~22和李子24~26,其它还有:茯苓5~7、五倍子6~8、米酒20~25、白醋18~22、木槿花10~12、酸乌梅14~16、瓦楞子12~14、薄荷叶7~9、柠檬汁20~24、助剂4~5和适量的水;本发明是一种精制荷叶为主原料的保健茶,荷叶茶能减肥瘦身,素肠通便,这里是先将鲜嫩的茶原料荷叶、决明子、荷花、蒲公英等先经过摊凉,再用特制的汤汁煮沸产生的蒸汽熏制杀青,最后干燥完成,特制的汤汁是中草药配方复合柠檬汁、白醋等制成,有利于营养的吸收及增加蒸汽的渗透功能,避免了通常意义的揉捻带来不必要的物理损伤,成平保健茶,营养保健自然不用多说,此外还有色泽美观、口感鲜美,老少适宜。
The invention discloses lotus leaf tea which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: fresh and tender tea raw materials including 35-38 parts of lotus leaves, 20-22 parts of semen cassiae, 16-18 parts of lotus, 12-16 parts of dandelion, 20-22 parts of red dates and 24-26 parts of plums as well as auxiliary materials including 5-7 parts of Poria cocos, 6-8 parts of Chinese gall, 20-25 parts of rice wine, 18-22 parts of white vinegar, 10-12 parts of flos hibisci, 14-16 parts of sour smoked plum, 12-14 parts of concha arcae, 7-9 parts of mint leaf, 20-24 parts of lemon juice, 4-5 parts of aids and a proper amount of water. The lotus leaf tea refers to health tea with refined lotus leaves as a main raw material and has the effects of slimming and losing weight and lubricating the intestines and relaxing the bowels. The lotus leaf tea is prepared by cooling the fresh and tender tea raw materials including the lotus leaves, the semen cassiae, the lotus, the dandelion and the like, fumigating and fixing in a spreading way by using vapor generated by boiling the special soup and finally drying, wherein the special soup is prepared by compounding a Chinese herbal medicine formula with lemon juice and white vinegar, nutrition absorption is promoted, the vapor permeation function is increased, unnecessary physical damage caused by general rolling is avoided, and the finished health tea has the well-known nutrition and health effects and is attractive in color, delicious in taste and suitable for the old and the young.
