Abstract

本发明涉及一种电力仪表的故障录波方法,属于电力仪表技术领域,本发明方法包括如下步骤:步骤一:对设备进行初始化,将故障触发标志位清零“0”;步骤二:微控制器发送通道采集命令,启动电能计量芯片进行AD采样,并读取缓存中的ADC采样数据;步骤三:判断故障触发标志位的状态,如果故障触发标志位有触发事件,则将触发标志位置“1”,更新故障后缓冲区数据,并退出故障录波功能;如果故障触发标志位没有触发事件,则将读取到的ADC采样数据更新故障前缓冲区数据并返回步骤二。本发明在原有硬件的基础上进行升级,采用合理算法和处理机制,从硬件和软件两方面重新设计来达到故障录波的效果。
The invention relates to an electric power meter fault recording method, and belongs to the technical field of electric power meters. The method includes the following steps that (1) a device is initialized, and the fault trigging mark position is reset; (2) a microcontroller sends a channel collection command, starts an electric energy measuring chip to conduct AD sampling and reads ADC sampling data from the cache; (3) the state of the fault trigging mark position is judged, if a trigging event exists on the fault trigging mark position, the trigging market position is set to be 1, buffer region data obtained after the fault are updated, and the fault recording function exits; if no trigging event exists on the fault trigging market position, the read ADC sampling data are updated with the buffer region data obtained before the fault, and the step (2) is executed again. According to the electric power meter fault recording method, updating is conducted on the basis of original hardware, a reasonable algorithm and a processing mechanism are adopted, and hardware and software are redesigned to achieve fault recording.
