Abstract

The invention discloses a bearing production technology. The bearing production technology comprises the following steps of (1) feeding of steel tubes, (2) debugging, (3) pickling cleaning, (4) tool machining, (5) rotary powder feeding, (6) sintering, (7) shaping, (8) burn-back and (9) shaping. During pickling, required liquor is prepared by hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and water according to the volume ratio of 0.3: 0.05: 0.65; and materials of tools are 304L stainless steel materials. The bearing production technology has the advantages that the bearing production technology is convenient and fast to operate, the quality stability of products is high, the production cost is low, the combined strength is high, and bearings cannot drop easily.
本发明公开了一种轴承生产工艺,它包括如下步骤:(1)钢管下料;(2)去毛刺;(3)酸洗清洗;(4)工装加工;(5)旋转加粉;(6)烧结;(7)整形;(8)回烧;(9)整形;酸洗时所需溶液为盐酸、硫酸和水按0.3:0.05:0.65体积比混合而成;工装材料为304L不锈钢材质。本发明具有操作便捷、产品质量稳定性好、生产成本低,且复合强度高、不易脱落的优点。
