Abstract

The invention relates to a composite material electric power tower. The composite material electric power tower comprises a first cylinder structure, a second cylinder structure, a third cylinder structure, a fourth cylinder structure, a fifth cylinder structure and a sixth cylinder structure which are arranged front inside to outside, wherein the first cylinder structure is made of polyester resin dipped glass fiber rough yarns and annularly wound in the axis L-L direction of the composite material electric power tower, and the winding thickness ranges from 1 mm to 3 mm. The second cylinder structure is made of resin, and an included angle formed by the winding direction and the axis L-L direction ranges from 10 degrees to 45 degrees. The third cylinder structure is made of a composite felt and is wound in the direction parallel to the axis L-L direction. The fourth cylinder structure is made of woven roving and wound in the direction parallel to the axis L-L direction. The fifth cylinder structure is made of resin, and an included angle formed by the winding direction and the axis L-L direction ranges from 10 degrees to 45 degrees. The sixth cylinder structure is made from a polyester film and wound in the axis L-L direction in a 50% lap joint mode.
本发明涉及一种复合材料电力杆塔,其由内到外分别包括第一柱体结构、第二柱体结构、第三柱体结构、第四柱体结构、第五柱体结构、第六柱体结构,第一柱体结构为浸过聚酯树脂的玻纤粗纱,且沿复合材料电力杆塔轴线L-L方向环向缠绕,其缠绕厚度为1mm~3mm;第二柱体结构为树脂,且缠绕方向与轴线L-L方向夹角为10°~45°;第三柱体结构为复合毡,且平行于轴线L-L方向缠绕;第四柱体结构为方格布,且平行于轴线L-L方向缠绕;第五柱体结构为树脂,且缠绕方向与轴线L-L方向夹角为10°~45°;第六柱体结构为聚酯薄膜,并采用50%搭接沿轴线L-L方向缠绕。
