Fruit-vegetable fresh-keeping method

Abstract

The invention discloses a fruit-vegetable fresh-keeping method. The method comprises the steps of mixing solid organic acid and attapulgite which adsorbs hydrocarbonate, and then arranging the mixture with fruits and vegetables, wherein the mass ratio of the solid organic acid to hydrocarbonate is 1: (0.2-5). Compared with the existing fresh-keeping agent, the method is longer in fresh-keeping acting time and can be used for preventing fruits and vegetables from going bad in the transportation or storage process.
本发明公开一种果蔬保鲜方法,将固体有机酸和吸附有碳酸氢盐的凹凸棒土混合后,再与果蔬放置在一起,其中,固体有机酸与碳酸氢盐的质量比为1:(0.2~5)。与现有保鲜剂相比,本发明的方法保鲜作用时间更长,可用于运输或储藏过程中防止果蔬运发生变质。
