Abstract

The invention discloses diuresis inducing and swelling eliminating persimmon vinegar and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing traditional Chinese herbal raw materials including 20 parts of caulis clematidis armandii, 10 parts of unprocessed rehmannia root, 10 parts of black beans, 5 parts of great burdock achene, 3 parts of ricepaperplant pith, 5 parts of dodder seed and 10 parts of mulberry fruits, cooking and disinfecting the raw materials in a pressure cooker, and cooling the raw materials to normal temperature to obtain preprocessed traditional Chinese herbal raw materials; (2) dispersing the preprocessed traditional Chinese herbal raw materials obtained in the step (1) at the bottom of a ceramic fermentation vessel subjected to sterilization and disinfection, adding 100 parts by weight of mature fresh persimmons into 1-15 parts by weight of preprocessed traditional Chinese herbal raw materials, and fermenting the mixture by standing at normal temperature in a sterile and no-pollution environment for 30-60 days, thereby obtaining traditional Chinese herbal raw materials and fermented raw materials of persimmon vinegar; (3) filtering the traditional Chinese herbal raw materials and the fermented raw materials of persimmon vinegar obtained in the step (2) by a 80mesh filter screen, thereby obtaining persimmon vinegar liquid; and (4) sealing the persimmon vinegar liquid obtained in the step (3) in the fermentation vessel subjected to sterilization and disinfection, and burying the fermentation vessel in a soil layer as deep as 100mm for cellaring for 30-180 days, thereby obtaining the finished persimmon vinegar product.
利水消肿保健柿子醋及制备方法,制备方法为以下步骤:步骤一)称取中药原料川木通20份、生地10份、黑豆10份、牛蒡子5份、通草3份、菟丝子5份、桑椹子10份,经过高压锅蒸煮消毒,降至常温后,获得预处理中药原料;步骤二)把步骤一)所获得预处理中药原料,分散置于经过灭菌消毒的陶瓷发酵器皿的底部,预处理中药原料重量份1-15份,加入100重量份成熟新鲜的柿子,放置在无菌、无污染的环境,常温静置发酵30-60日,获得中药原料和柿子醋发酵原料;步骤三)把步骤二)所获中药原料和柿子醋发酵原料,经过80目滤网过滤,获得柿子醋液;步骤四)把步骤三)所获柿子醋液装入经过灭菌消毒的发酵器皿密封,埋入100mm土层中窖藏30-180日,即获柿子醋成品。
