一种提高埋地油气输送管道应力补偿器效能的方法

Abstract

The invention provides a method for improving efficiency of a stress compensator of an underground oil and gas conveying pipeline. The method has the advantages that the problems of low efficiency of the high-temperature underground oil and gas conveying pipeline and great increase of amount of compensators only at the turning part of the pipeline in the prior art are solved; artificial deformation spaces are formed at the underground pipeline compensator and the pipe bending part; the efficiency of the compensator and the self secondary stress-resistant capability of a pipeline are improved; the setting amount of compensators is greatly reduced, one part of investment on the compensators is saved, and the manufacturing, transportation and construction cycle is shortened.
本发明提供了一种提高埋地油气输送管道应力补偿器效能的方法,解决了现有技术中高温埋地油气输送管道补偿器效能低下,在管道转弯处只能通过大幅增加补偿器数量的问题,在埋地管道补偿器和弯管处形成了人为创造的形变空间。提高了补偿器效能和管线自身抗二次应力能力,可大大减小补偿器的设置数量,节约了一部分对补偿器的投资以及制造、运输、施工周期。
