Abstract

The invention discloses continuous type production equipment and method of a carbon nano tube. The equipment comprises a continuous feeding device, a vertical type heating furnace body, a vertical type cooling chamber, a horizontal receiving chamber, a cyclone separator, a sealed water tank and a second tail gas pipeline, wherein the vertical type heating furnace body can be communicated with the continuous feeding device; the vertical type cooling chamber is connected to the bottom of the vertical type heating furnace body and is communicated with the vertical type heating furnace body; the horizontal receiving chamber is connected to the bottom of the vertical type cooling chamber and is communicated with the vertical type cooling chamber, and a discharging sealed door is formed in the horizontal receiving chamber; the cyclone separator is communicated with the horizontal receiving chamber through a first tail gas pipeline, and a material collecting device is arranged at the bottom of the cyclone separator; the sealed water tank is provided with an air exhausting device, and a water holding device is arranged in the sealed water tank; a first end of the second tail gas pipeline is communicated with the cyclone separator in a sealing manner, and a second end of the second tail gas pipeline is immersed in water in the water holding device. Through the use of the equipment disclosed by the invention, the continuous type production of the carbon nano tube is realized, so that the batch production of the carbon nano tube is realized. The invention further discloses the continuous type production method of the carbon nano tube.
本发明公开了一种碳纳米管连续式生产设备,包括:连续进料装置;能够与连续进料装置连通的立式加热炉体;连接于立式加热炉体底部,且与立式加热炉体连通的立式冷却室;连接于立式冷却室底部,且与立式冷却室连通的卧式收料室,卧式收料室上开设有出料密封门;通过第一尾气管道与卧式收料室连通的旋风分离器,旋风分离器的底部具有物料收集装置;密封水箱,密封水箱具有排气装置,且密封水箱内设置有盛水装置;第二尾气管道,第二尾气管道的第一端与旋风分离器密封连通,第二端没入盛水装置的水中。本发明中的设备实现了碳纳米管的连续式生产,从而实现了碳纳米管的批量化生产。本发明还公开了一种碳纳米管连续式生产方法。
